And The Winner Is...

Back in December Mommy saw on Facebook that Baby Bullet was having a holiday photo contest.  The winner got a Baby Bullet baby food maker, a Baby Bullet food steamer, and a baby food cookbook.  Mommy really wanted a Baby Bullet to make me some yummy food and I'm always a willing model so...we entered the contest and guess what?  We won!!  My picture was chosen along with 4 other kids!  We couldn't believe it when Mommy opened her email.  Since we've gotten the Baby Bullet Mommy has made all of my baby food.  We highly recommend Baby Bullet! ;)

The Winning Photo

P.S. Don't worry, there will be NO toddlers and tiaras for us.  We just really wanted the Baby Bullet! :)

Rice Cereal

Since I haven't posted forever and I don't won't to forget the memories that we made during the past 5 months I think that I've got some backtracking to do so bear with me.  :)

Now that I'm getting older I get to try "solids"!  Mommy and Daddy were really excited to see how I would react to eating cereal.  As you can see...I LOVED it!  I think that I'm really going to like this eating thing. :)
Rice Cereal...the dinner of champions!

My first bite...

Success!

Where Has The Time Gone?

Umm....I think that we've gotten a little behind on updating the blog!  The last time that we posted I was 4 months old and looked like this...
I was still a "baby", couldn't sit by myself, and really liked my paci.
Now I am 9 1/2 months old and look like this...
I'm becoming such a big girl.  I crawl all over the place, pull up on everything, and have no interest in my paci anymore.

Note from Mommy:
I can't believe how quickly my sweet baby is turning into a little girl.  I was off to such a great start with the blog, but like usual I put it on the back burner and didn't make it a priority.  I was recently looking through pictures of Ashlyn and can't believe how much she has change in just a few months.  I am going to be better about updating the blog if for no one else I'm going to do it for myself.  For me this blog is like a virtual scrapbook that we will always have to look back on and relive these precious memories.
